Peapods Poop

Is anyone to help identify what might be wrong with our chameleon...? She was trying to poop for over 45 minutes today and then this came out... (see photo) she had a healthy poop earlier in the day and a few days before that. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated. It was quite hard too...I can’t seem to find any answers on the internet...any thoughts or help?
