With soooo many concerned. The answer is simple. Schedule a conference call (or skype / facetime) with petsmart corporate. Elaborate on your concerns. Then you can truly have an opinion. Their guidelines are mandated from corporate and not individuals. I have known managers to veer from these policies. They now are supporting their kids at another job. I am not defending them, as anyone who knows me, will definitely tell you. But at the same time, there is a difference between stupid and ignorant. Greed can also be a downfall. However, knowing their policy on 'must go to a vet, then has to be adopted out' policy, they may listen in order to save money. Across a lot of stores, this can add up to a lot of missed sales. Just saying.
