How do you pick your Cham Up for the first time? I know he trusts me more thank others but I don't wanna stress him or break the trust any help is good

I would just try coaxing by attempting to hand feed. Get him to trust you as much as he can, and eventually (hopefully) he'll want to climb on you on his own. This will take time though, so definitely don't rush things! It could throw you further back. My cham is such a cuddle bug now, instead of wanting to be hand fed he would rather climb up my arm even if he knows I have food for him in my fingers. Best of luck :)

Like what was said, hand feeding and time. The moment he pulls back, or tries to get away, then leave him alone and close the cage. Anymore interaction, and you'll just stress him out, which he will associate with you and your hand. You want him to only have good memories of your hand.

My guy is about 5 months old now, and gradual hand feeding has gotten him to the point of my hand's presence not bothering him. Its even to the point I can touch him and he's completely unfazed, but the moment he realizes I'm about to pick him up, he starts scrambling.

So again, patience, persistence, and patience is what will win him over.
