I did visit Carmel while I was there. I actually got married there two years ago, so I was back this time for a little anniversary trip. Before my son was born we'd go about 3-5 times a year just to hang out for a weekend and eat some excellent meals. I've cut back on road trips significantly due to the price of gas... ugh!

The new girl in my life...

Aight. I got a new bike.

She is a full Carbon Bianchi 928 with 105 components.

There are carbon kevlar sections to the front fork and tail.

I took her for a ride on Sunday with my cousin. We rode 34.5 miles. I had so much fun riding her that when I got home I rode her over to the local bike shop because I needed new riding gloves. The guys at the shop were hitting on my bike... I had to keep an eye on her

The ride was very nice. We rode from the Honda Center (AKA Anaheim Pond where the Mighty Ducks play) down the Santa Ana river trail to Huntington Beach state beach and then rode north on the beach path to the pier. We then walked to the end of the pier and then headed back to the Honda Center. My only gripe would be my shoes. They have been fine for riding my Mountain bike.... But after being in them for like 3 hours of riding and walking around they were making my feet go numb. I was having to un-clip and let my feet hang down. I dunno what the deal was, my cousin said I should try and move the cleats back farther we'll see .

Tell me what you think of this... Sorry it isn't a clear picture... But it is the ending of a golf course and the beginning of the river..... or should I say that the golf course is IN the river.... I would hate to be playing some holes when Hoover Dam gives way....

Okay... I'll Jump in here... You guys definately had some Pics hat made me Jealous! So since I am so late on this, and since I am so busy Hardly working I am going to post a grip! Chris... Those OZ outback shots are awesome... I wanna go sooooo bad.

PACKERS GAME!!! @ San Diego... First Pre Season Game a couple years back... Now if someone can post pics of them at Lambeau I would DEFINATELY be jealous!! When I go.. I go big... Bought 4th row tickets on the Packer Side! They had the Navy Seals Sky Dive into the Stadium before the Game... Was pretty awesome!

Favre warming up and BSing with some San Diego guys... Everyone has respect for the Legend! We'll miss you Brett!
