Pinhead feeding; Anti-escape bowls?

Hi there.....Just wondering if anyone knows of any feeding bowl that could contain pinhead crickets so they can't (or very few of them can) escape into my terrarium? I've seen the exo terra meal worm bowls that have an inward curling lip, but am not sure that would stop a cricket from crawling right up and out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will be feeding juvenile pygmy brevs the pinheads.

Just use a smooth surfaced cup, no ridges, nothing.

Gladwear that comes with the lunch meat is great for that.
