Pixie has worms :(

How would you administer those things? Presumably a chameleon would hate the taste if either of those things.
My crested geckos had worms years ago
The infestation is caused by swallowing eggs from the parasite. Once swallowed eggs hatch in the intestine and mature. At maturity, female pinworms move to the anal area and lay eggs, perpetuating the infestation.
Apple cider vinegar is a natural compound with powerful enzymes and nutritional properties. The malic and tartaric acids in the vinegar target infections and parasites, naturally eliminating them. The compound also contains a number of immune-boosting vitamins and minerals.
Garlic is another antibacterial agent. The sulfur and other innate components of garlic situate it as an effective treatment for fungal infection as well as parasitic infestation. Garlic targets the parasites and naturally eliminates them without harming the rest of the system.
These home remedies above is not as harsh as some of the drugs.
I would use the Apple cider vinegar and complete apply on all the cage n branch, let it soak through, since u mentioned the crested gecko had them before ,and its very easy to transfer the parasite worm eggs around.
The apple cider vinegar can also be add with water if u choose not to use the full strength to ur cham or u can inject the apple cider vinegar into a roach then feed them to ur cham.
Also look into "reptaid" which is a natural organic treatment remedy for reptiles. Reptaid was created to fight viral, bacterial, fungal, and microscopic parasite infections in reptiles weighing up to 250 grams. Reptaid XL is for reptiles weighing 250 grams or more.
It contains grapefruit seed extract, whis is
a natural antibacterial compound. The extract eliminates infection as well as other parasites and toxins. Grapefruit seed extract is also an effective cleanser for treating bacterial, viral and fungal infections.
Some people swear it got rid of the pinworm with the use of the reptaid.

I agree it looks like pinworms and the panacur should take care of them. My vets usually has me dose three days in a row and wait two weeks and then dose 3 more days then wait 2 weeks and do a fecal. If there's any worms or eggs present he has me do the entire process again. A couple times if they were heavily infested he'd have me dose 4 or 5 days in a row. None of my animals have ever had any side affects from the panacur.

Oooh, I have some Reptaid in my cham stuff. It's unopened but I'll need to check the expiry date first. The Crested geckos had them over 4 years ago.

One other interested info is a diet high in sugar and carbohydrates will make the parasitic infection worse. Parasites thrive on sugars.(crested gecko is well known to have some sugary diet)apple cider vinegar will lower the pH level and create an unpleasant environment for the pinworms to live.
U can incorporate both with what @jannb mentioned on the medcine and use the organic home remedies for a secondary prevention or treatment, since its much easier to kill the actual pinworm than the eggs ,u will have to go thru steps to eliminate the eggs upon developing into the pinworms.
Good thinking on the reptaid,as they do have an expiration date imprinted on the bottle itself.

How is little Pixie doing? Anything happen?
I must have missed this reply! SOrry about that! Pixie is doing really well. I took her second sample to teh vets this afternoon for testing. If she still has eggs present the I'll take her in and have the vet give the meds into her mouth.
