Couple of questions what do you gutloading our bugs with, I mean what's best in have crickets, locust and mealworms at present.

Also vegetation plant live ones what are ones that chameleons like to eat? And or other greens you can give them?

hi
you can feed the crickets things like dandelion leaves, carrot, butternut squash, arugula/rocket leaves, romaine lettuce, sunflower seeds, oranges. see more:

for the superworms/mealworms, I suggest this substrate with pieces of veg and fruit on top: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/443-superworm-substrate-gutload-one.html

what type of chameleon do you have? some are more likely to directly eat leaves, fruit, flowers than others.

Sandra knows her stuff! :) You can also feed hemp seeds, rosehips, spirulina, turmeric root, bee pollen, walnuts, almonds, and clover. Best of luck to you!

Hows kale for gutload? I also use a little dried seaweed, papaya, carrots and some fuker's orange cubes all at once and let them eat whatever they want. basically i just throw in scraps of things I eat.

kale in moderation is fine. It has a fairly high oxalic acid content, so I wouldn't use it frequently. most types of seaweed are fine (I use bull kelp fairly often as part of my dry gutload). Papaya is great. Carrots are good too. using scraps of what you personally eat is a very common and easy way to add variety to a bug gutload

Veiled chameleon who keeps biting the plastic leaves!

I have a veiled chameleon sandra

great!
pieces of leafy greens (romaine, kale, collards, hibiscus leaves, dandelion, endive, basil, mint, cilantro, mustard greens, arugula /rocket, clover)
small occasional pieces of fruit (small slice mango flesh, bits of papaya, half a seedless grape, blueberry, a thin slice of apple, a piece of pear)
shaved thin pieces of carrot, small pieces of steamed (and cooled) squash and sweet potatoes, zucchini - makes everything of a size that would fit in your chameleon's mouth easily
thin small pieces of organic sweet red peppers (of the non-organic foods that have pesticides on them, these are one of the worse - it goest right through the thin skin and into the flesh - so use organic)
pumpkin /squash flowers, hibiscus flowers, nasturtium blossoms, arugula flowers, jasmine flower, okra flower, pansy flower petals
