I want to know what everyone thinks this setup is go or no go...as in the placement with sticks is good enough with the plants in.

Your chameleon is going to climb on the screen no matter what you do. You can have all the branches and plants in the world, but they will still climb the screen if it's convenient for them.

Basically sticks crossing over then it causes them to be like hmm I guess I’ll climb on the screen
I don’t care what you do, how you design your viv, or what you put in it. If a Chameleon wants to climb on the screen, he will. There is nothing you can do about it. Only young chams climb on screens. Eventually he will be too heavy to climb on the screen. Then, and only then, will he stop. Put your viv together in a way that appeals to you and stop worrying about things you can’t control.

I put a wooden garden gate in mine and it’s curbed 85% of screen climbing, but he still Insist on climbing the part I left exposed and inbetween for no real reason.Do what you can but there going to climb what they want, like what @Brodybreaux25 said.

That looks good :) I haven’t had mine crawl on the screen only when pregnant that I’ve seen personally but I know they do.

Here’s a picture of my existing enclosure that I’ve had for several years

I like that a lot it’s like your own little slice of the canopy
Thanks that one took forever I used wire to hang the vines and rusted over time and those fake fulkers vines. I like those vines but the crickets eat them and they tend to not last very long so I had to replace them used the backup enclosure and this is what it looks like now.

The pictures above of your new set ups look great! I just notice there are two different vivs I think once you add all the bells and whistles you will be looking good for sure.

Still looks great if you ask me,I love those nothing on the bottom designs but struggle to pull them off but im going to borrow some of these ideas from this and the last thread (if you don’t mind)for my next build when I decided if I should buy the dragon strand or the big 5 or 6 cage from diy.

Or build! I’m doing that and getting bioactive with huge size (4’ by 30” by 5’ tall with 18” substrate bin)! It’s customizable and way cheaper!
