Please Help!!! Bump on chameleon head

Hello, everyone,

Today I notice a little bump on the forehead (casque) between the eyes on my 3 months Panther chameleon. I am wondering if someone might know the causes of the bump?

Habitat - 16x16x36 screen cage

UVB light - Zoomed Reptisun Led UVB Terrarium Hood with Reptisun 5.0 T5HO UVB Lamp
- & Zoo Med Reptisun T5-Ho UVB Lamp Terrarium Hood

Temp - Basking 85 to 91

Humidity - 41%

Looks like an abscess. You should go it looked at by a vet asap!

I also think it's an access and needs to be cleaned out completely, a culture and sensitivity test done and the chameleon put on an appropriate antibiotic.

I've seen this before and it is usually caused by an URI (Upper Respiratory Infection). Normally with meds from a vet within a few weeks it will be gone and cured but a vet visit is necessary to obtain the correct medicine.
