PLEASE HELP! I'm worried.

Steve
Male veiled
8 months old
Mesh cage
80cm wide x 50cm deep x 100cm high
18inch UVB (replaced 4 weeks ago)
60w heat bulb
Humidity ranges between 35-55%
Misting 3 times a day minimum
Basking 32c
Ambient 27c

Steve recently moved in from his much smaller glass exoterra enclosure, it got too small so we upgraded.

He used to eat at least 5-8 large locusts a day (1-2cm big)

He's now been in his new environment for 6 days. And he's only eaten 5 locusts since.. 1 a day. He's seeing them, even walking over them sometimes.

I need some help as I'm worried. His grip is fantastic. All locusts are dusted with calcium without D3 daily and D3 once every two weeks

I'm worried he's not eating a lot and he seems to fall off the mesh walls regularly.

Can anyone give me advice?
Is this because of the move?

I'm worried about the little man!

Here he is having a stand off

I answered you on your other thread about the same thing. Please don't make more than one thread about the same problem.

As I said the temperatures are all the same, not a lot has changed apart from the size of the enclosure so your answer hasn't changed me worrying about my Cham. Hence why I've reposted to search for other opinions.

Making multiple threads asking the same thing won't get you more options. It looks like they answered your question and your original thread

Instead of starting a new thread...bump the other one.
Also the rules say..."Please do not create multiple new posts on the same subject."

I'm glad you came her for help...keep posting! It's just easier for us to deal with it if it all stays in one thread for one issue.
I definitely did not want to chase you away.

Yeah I know what you mean, but after 2 more days naturally I'm gunna worry. I wondered if there was something no one had covered

So how many days has it been since he started not eating? Is he eating anything at all?
Is the new cage in a different location?

I can't hunt for the other post, so I'm sorry if my questions are a repeat of what was covered- he was eating, then he moved to a new cage and now eats 1 a day? Is that right?
Do you weigh him regularly (1x a week or 2x a month)?
the move might have caused him to stress a bit and that could cause his lack of interest
as they get older, their appetites drop
has anything else changed since the move - lighting, timers, misting... anything off from his regular schedule
did you fill out the "how to ask for help" form?
has he seen a vet?
have you noticed anything wrong with his mouth/tongue?
do you have pics of him and his enclosure?

I'm sorry he is worrying you - this is a great place to get help @kinyonga is very knowledgeable - she'll help if she can :)
