I had my 7 month old Veiled to the vet almost 2 weeks ago, and found out she has a clutch. She has not laid them yet, How long should I wait before bringing her back in?
She has a nesting box of soil and play sand mixed with water so that it is firm but not driping, I'm so worried

When she starts to get restless, and hanging around the bottom, slows her eating then it will be time. When this happens try to not disturb her so she will lay all the eggs. If all this takes place, and she don't seem interested in the laying ben you could start a hole for her cover her enclosure with something to give her privacy. Hope this helps.

This was the best advice I had gotten and it help me out a lot especially the starter hole she used it and dug straight to the bottom of her 14x14 laying bin and laid 45 eggs TY brownie

Yes, she told me to bring her back in a two weeks if she has not layed her eggs for a dose of oxytocin, but I feel like that would be very tramatic for my Vieled.
If she doesn't lay soon I would take your vets advise. You don't want her to become egg bound it could be a very expensive surgery, and worse yet fatal.
