@Brodybreaux25 totally agree, if possible. Personally, I have no local source for things like t5ho. When I took in my rescue I paid an arm and a leg to ship overnight. If OP can find locally that is certainly preferable. I should remember different locations may have better options!

Sorry i dont mean an actual basking rock. Its a regular rock that i put food on, and then when she stopped using it, i put it directly under my heating lightbulb.

It would only be worth it if there is no cloud cover, even then just briefly.

Mine love that too but keep in mind most windows block the uv light and only allow some heat through. I take them outside when I can to get the real thing. Haha.
