Hello, my roomate's chameleon showed this today. I dont know, what it is and what to do. I am sure its not prolapse.

Dried sperm plug and be careful in removing it as it is dried and looks stuck. Soak him in warm water to see if it softens up enough to remove

Sperm plugs are usually more whiteish. I have never seen a pink one. I am not sure that is what we are seeing.

No.

its a sperm plug.

hemepenes are bigger, and that's easy for us to see.
It could look pinkish because of a glare . but ive seen prolapsed hemepenes, and they are rounder
