Poop

Today I was looking at my Cham and I noticed some poop on the floor of his cage. It is the first time that he has pooped all white since I've had him. Is this bad?

Cham poop has two parts: urates (white) and feces (brown). Bright white urates are good - they mean your chameleon is well hydrated. You don't want to see yellow or orange urates.

Cham poop is made up of two parts. The white part is the urates or pee. Dark part the poop. They usually pass both at the same time and it often separates. If it is pure white that means he is well hydrated. Yellow or orange means he needs more water.

As it hit the floor it could have broken apart. I often find one not far from the other. I think it depends on feeder combos.
