Found it in my garage twice, once under my cricket bin, so I put it on my porch last month, he/she comes out eats and basks while I water there, doesn't even phase it, I might give it a name

so cool looking! I found a salamander in our yard the other day.

Salamanders are really cool!! If I could I would have salamanders, they are so hard to keep in artificial environments, they get skin fungus and bacteria really easy, the alligator lizard is still there I just showed my daughter, it didn't budge an inch

Yeah I just picked him up to move him to another part of the yard so he didn't get hurt by the weed wacker. They are super cool though.

That's super cool, I only have wild rabbits and the occasional deer in my yard.

So jealous...The only way I'd ever see a lizard in my yard running free would be if one of mine escaped or someone else's in the neighbourhood did. I don't even see frogs or snakes, etc. I do see possums, raccoons, rabbits, tame skunks that scratch at my door, squirrels chipmunks and lots of different species of birds though.

I have a river and a farm on the other side of my backyard fence, so I have quite a bit of wildlife coming through

It stays on the porch, been there over a month, without fail, every afternoon it comes out of the bushes from the same spot, goes to another bush and eats, there are a ton of bugs around!! American river is behind my house, I might name it
