I have not worked with the fuellie's, but they should be kept like any other montane chameleon.
Basking spot: 80-85F (no higher)
Humidity 80%+ (this is crucial to her health!)
You do need a male now! Considering the time of year and the fact that she is WC she may already be gravid.
I wouldn't call the fuellie's rare by any stretch as they are exported in somewhat high numbers annually. Because almost all are WC not many survive the importation and acclimation process so they seem more rare than they are. They certainly aren't like the ubiquitous pardalis and calyptratus though!
I was there yesterday but didn't look close enough to see if there were any males. Make sure she gets lots of water. I go in there several times a week and it's been a while since I saw anything wet in those cages.
