Possible swollen back foot

I've noticed that my chameleons joints might be slightly swollen. This could be me just looking to hard for something to be wrong and there's nothing wrong. I got a picture of him today and will attach. Any other concerns please include in your response if any is notice. Other then the swollen "ankle" he seems healthy to me tho.

I think the ankle looks normal also, but that is a male, not a female!

Thanks for the responses. Guess I just get paranoid and all. Always wanna make sure my guy is the healthiest he can be and is also my first chameleon so always worried I'm doing something wrong. Lol.

I think that's due to the camera angle and because he's doing the branch mimic pose to me. Ankle looks OK to me.
