Thanks Socalison!
Yeah I wish we could have gotten them... it would have been fun.

The crowds were kinda thick the first day so if someone
was bending down and "covered" by his friends carrying those big t-rex bags
it would have been hard to see them doing it.

personally, I think that the metal screen made too much noise,
more than what they expected when they were trying to cut it open
so they "walked" on it.
Good thing about metal... it's not like nylon screens.

Summer12, Dave and all the others it was great meeting you!

AND Watching out for people trying to cut into your cages (attempted theft first day!!!!)
.

It was nice meeting you too! That couple we were talking to about the puffy eyes, I showed them what UVB lights to buy over at LLL. I also told them about Chameleon Forums. I hope he takes my advice and signs up. I also hope it wasn't too late for his panther!

And about your cage slashing..... The next show I go to I am going to wear my steel toe work boots. That way when I see someone trying to break into a cage I can give them a preview of what happens when you drop the soap. ;) I don't think I would hesitate.

Thanks summoner12!
It's good to know that people got your back!:D
Next time beers on me!

Yeah, I hope that those two sign up here
Just some more nice people getting bad pet store advise
that's killing their animal.
Glad you were there to help set things straight.:)

I'll have lots of veileds from elvis ready to move by that time
as well as older CB mellers and panthers.

We had a great time at the show. Thanks for all that came by and said hello! I think that I knocked a few bucks off things for all the cham forum members that let me know who they were. If I did not sorry about that! Let me know at the NARBC show and ill hook yea up. Here are a few pics..

Studly the dragon would not stay in his box so this is where he rode for most of the 6 hours

Here's our humble booth. (Note the studly bald guy at Tiki^2.) Quite a few people commented on the Toughbook I was using. If you're going to run a high pressure water hose above a computer, you might as well use one that's waterproof!

It was really cool to meet everyone from the forum! Well, almost everyone. I still never managed to actually see Jeweledchameleon. :) We weren't the only ones, though. I'm hearing the same from several vendors about them not being able to see us.

I'm still amazed that we didn't get a chance to see every booth, but as sure as shootin', every time I walked away when it slowed down, I would come back and my wife would have the "deer in the headlights look" as she was talking to someone.

We learned a lot from our first show and did well despite our inexperience. One thing's for sure, spend $40 at Wal Mart for the Stanley squirrel cage blower! It moves a lot of air and was worth $400 when you're sweaty or next to an invertibrate guy with a really stinky box o' bugs. Chad and I can do a really cool "inflatable crazy arms guy" impression, too!

It was really cool to hear all of the positive feedback from a couple of the top names in the cham industry, too. One breeder called my Screen Cage Adapter "pure genius" when he saw it. I also learned a lot from a dart frog rancher. Funny stuff, there, too!!! Fun-neeee!

There are still a lot of people who don't trust misting systems or pumps due to bad experiences with a certain pump. I was amazed at the number of people who thought you couldn't mist for more than five minutes with any pump because of that crappy piston one. One new customer actually said "Well, now I have to buy an alarm clock since this pump is so quiet!"

This little guy would walk up to the nozzles and try to nurse from it. It was darned cute!

I think I will spend most of my time at the next show installing nozzles for Chad. It really got people's attention.
