All panthers are the same species but there are different locales. Depending upon rarity, established bloodlines and breeders reputation is what you will end up paying for.
yes, you could get that. I just paid $350 to a breeder but they have been breeding for a long time and have some awesome blood lines. People would not be willing to probably pay you that much if you are just starting out.
