Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? BB Panther Chameleon male, a little under 6 months, and has been in my care for about a 2 months
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? I only handle him when he climbs out of enclosure on his own when I'm cleaning the bottom or something. So maybe 2 or 3 days a week
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? I've been feeding my panther around 10-15 small-med sized crickets everyday gut loaded with oranges pears and potatoes and other fruits and I just got silk worms yesterday and he ate 3 yesterday and two today
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule? RepCal Phosphorous-free calcium with d3 every other day and Rep-Cal herptivite twice a week (as recommended by screameleons my sales site
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? I mist with warm water for about a min before I go to school, I have a dripper running while I'm gone along with the (unfortunatly ) habba mister running for 30 seconds every three hours, then I get home from practice and mist again and re fill his dripper, I have not seen him drink much lately.
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? It seems he has been having some very loose poops, but i have not seen any for a couple days. To my knowledge he has not been tested.
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions? All metal screen cage, the ultimate set up from screameleons
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? Normal heat dome with a 60watt household bulb and a reptisun 5.0 UVB tube bulb. On at 6 and off at 6 on a timer.
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? His basking spot is around 80-85 and the rest of his cage is at around 70-75. His lowest over night would be around 60. I measure these temperatures with a digital thermometer.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? Humidity is around 40-60 with the sprays and dripper
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? I have one pothos plant along with other fake vines and plants
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? Located in my bedroom not near the window but has sight of it, and is around 5ft from the floor
Location - Where are you geographically located? Jersey

Current Problem- I came home from school and found that he hadn't moved and was still sleeping, I moved him up into his basking spot and hes moving around fine. His left eye also seems to have a problem where he has trouble keeping it open, I've flushed it out a couple of times and it seems to be getting better. Also, his accuracy seems to be off a little, when he goes to nab a cricket he seems to miss every once in a while. His poop also worries me.

Just a quick glance at your info and potatoes are not recommended as gutload and seems to be too much fruit. Collard or turnip greens, shredded carrots, sweet potatoes to start. You should be using RepCal calcium only with no phos or D3. D3 should be used 2-3 times a month and herptivite once a month. He may be over supplemented so I would not dust for a week and give his body time to absorb everything. His runny poop could be caused by the pears in the gutload. His eye problem could also be from the over supplementing. You need to order some RepCal Calcium only asap.

His enclosure could use more vertical limbs and different horizontal limbs under the uvb and basking light. My panther will bask under the uvb and then to the basking light. This way if they want uvb without heat or vesa versa. Those crickets look kinda of big in the pic too. I would do away with fake plants and get a scheffelara, they grow well in low light.

yeah I have smaller crickets now, and once I build his bigger cage I will do away with the fake plants. I will certainly add more branches and cut off on the supplementation for a week and go get him reg calcium w/o d3 thanks. Is there anything else that I should do?

Ditch the fruit in the gutload for now and just use collard or turnip greens, sweeet potatoes or carrots (shredded). I think the fruit is causing your chams runny poops. If you have enough silkworms, just use those, they grow "fast" believe me.

thank you, I put carrots in their tank (shredded) and yes I do have silk worms and ik what you mean, I already have 6 ready to be moths

You can feed the moths to your cham. Let me know how it's going and feel free to send me a pm if you like.
