Proper lighting for young vheilds

What's is the proper ubv light to use with baby chams don't want it to be to bright for Their eyes any help is good thanks

5.0 uvb linear bulb. He's gonna need a bigger enclosure soon btw. Keep in mind that in the wild the sun is a lot brighter than our lights, make sure you have places for your Cham to hide under and get away from the light at ANY level even the top. I rec Arcadia lighting when you get him in his adult enclosure

Yea I have an Arcadia t5 12% I have a 6 % on my male and female and there doing great just don't want it to be to bright for the baby's I have never raised a clutch yet
