Purple Wandering Jew

Hello! I recently just bought my cham a purple wandering jew plant (of the hanging variety) and its been a few days now... as far as I have seen he hasn't even touched it to explore! And he's normally a very exploratory creature!

I was referencing this list to see whether or not the plants I was buying would be safe! http://www.flchams.com/safe_plant_list.asp

Would a purple wandering jew be different than a wandering jew? Have you guys had chams that will avoid new plants? Or is it because he is uncertain about expanding his territory (as it goes past his normal FR)?

But he likes to climb all over the blinds on the window and explore that way... I confess myself confused! What do you guys think?

I have a purple wandering jew in my panther chameleon cage. It's been in there a couple months. I haven't had any issues at all and its a beautiful plant as well.

My panther either really hates or really loves the purple wandering jew i HAD. I say had because he would constantly chew it, half the time would literally just severe the vine and a yr later theres not much left to it, i Rooted some of the vines he bit and put back in and now just trying to see if I could grow it back.

However didnt climb on it much

Im glad mine isn't the only one! He barely climbs on it - and yet it is the best thing to hide in because I can never find him when he does! I wonder if theres nutritional value to it or they just get bored? :p Mine doesn't seem to eat it much!
