Pycnoscelus striatus/Pineapple Roach

Someone has these roaches for sale, they are actually feeders for birds but I'm wondering if anyone knows about these species of roaches? They are smaller than red runners, move as slow as dubia and do not climb or fly. I might buy some and try.

After some research, I found out that it is known as ember roaches.

Adults of P. striatus do climb and apparently may be able to fly. If you want a feeder roach in the smaller side then you look into Pycnoselus surinamensis. They're a lot cheaper and more readily available. But the adults and larger nymphs are able to climb. Fun fact, in case you did not know, P. surinamensis are all females. They reproduce through parthenogenesis, so no need to worry about M/F ratios.
