question about first time age

Is it safe to breed my females at five and a half months old or should I let them go for another two months?

lol.
females should not be bred before they are at least a year old. and most dont breed until they are a year and half old.

besides females cant even begin ot lay eggs until at least 6 months old.

egg laying is hard on their bodies, and doig it too sooon could shorten her life span.

Definitely a good decision I know the waiting can be torture, but it'll be worth it in the end. Your female will live a much longer, healthier life if you let her finish growing and maturing herself before she has go through the strain of producing eggs.
