Question about Repashy superhatch??

So I decided to give the super hatch a try today I have had it for awhile but never tried it.
So I took what I wanted and added some water
Once I added the water it started to make a fizzy noise and kept going for a long time.
I finally gave up waiting for it to stop and just put the egg in there, but I am curious if anyone else has noticed this and what its all about???

I also have half a clutch of eggs in super hatch. I think the noise is it soaking up the water! I now use this stuff on top of hatch right or perlite as it goes a light colour when drying out. Plus my eggs are growing fine in both containers one is full of super hatch the other with a light layer on top.

I use it but mix it 1/2 and 1/2 with vermiculite.

I figured it was the water filtering down in all the cracks and absorbing... I had good luck with the super hatch with my last clutch, I prefer it to hatchrite. This last clutch is on vermiculite, I'm experimenting

Same hear with the experimenting lol I got a light layer on too of the perlite,
