Just had a comment concerning using inline heaters. Would it not make more sense to put a cheap aquarium pump in the reservoir connected by the regular size line the heater requires (no special connections required because the pumps usually require the same size lines as the heaters) and let the pump pump water from the reservoir, through the inline heater and back into the reservoir? It wouldn't be attached to the mistking at all. Just put the pump on a timer to turn on 15-20 minutes before the mistking turns on.
