Hi, first of all. I am new.
I have a 4-5 month old (estimate) female vield/yemen that I just adopted. She does have a Vit A defincey, which is how I came to adopt her in the first place. She gets dusted and vit drops.... I have only had her since Black Friday of 2014. So about 3 weeks give or take.
Her staple food atm is:
Collard greens, dandelion greens, and a staple of phoenix/repti/calciworms.
Her temp ranges between 90-97 degrees F.
Shes active, eats well, so on. She gets misted 2-3 times daily and has a drip system in place.
My question is this: I have been reading that I should 'cut back' food and lower the temp of my girl to help slow down/reduce egg laying so she doesnt get all bound up. Is this true?
Is she to young to start this with? Here is a picture I took of her today, while she was eating her greens.
