Questions about a business called Tiki Tiki Reptile

I just bought a set up for my new addition. I found a wonderful set up for 200 dollars. I researched the company and found nothing but good reviews so I put in the order. There was no time for shipping so I looked them up more and haven't seen reviews or activity from them in over a year. Does anyone know if this company is legit? Or are there any recent experiences with them?

This is highly irritating. I called PayPal and of course they can't tell me their recent shipments. She tried to make it seem assuring that they are reliable but I haven't gotten a single call or email back from them.

I just bought some cricket crack from them. I have a tracking number on my pay pal should get the package tomorrow.

Chad New, who owns Tiki Tiki, is traveling right now. I am not sure the person/people taking care of the store are as good or fast as Chad. I am sure it will all return to normal as soon as Chad returns. Hope it goes well for now.

Chad is a good guy. He's busy but he will take care of you! Ordered cricket crack from him and it got lost in the mail. I emailed him and he quickly shipped another batch out to me. He's a good guy!

Just a heads up, they run a store in Henderson, NV called reptiles n reefs, look them up and give them a call during business hours. I stop by the store whenever I'm in Vegas.
