So i have a 2 month old chameleon iv gad him for about 3 days now d first days he ate just fine id feed him with the food on a top and put it near him.

But iv noticed now he dosent eat the food i put near him instead he gets nervous and hides. Iv also tried getting him out of d cage to feed him with a cup but no luck :/

Iv noticed he lick his lips alot n i have misted his cage and have a watering system but have not seen hin drink

He likes to bask and just chill on branches also lol

Well, you really did not ask any questions per say, but I will respond to your post with what I think you are concerned about. I would not worry all too much about his eating pattern just yet. You just got him and he probably getting used to things and sometimes they will not eat or eat a lot right away. Don't try and remove him from the cage to eat. You will just upset him more. Put the cup in the cage with the food. Hang it from a branch or vine so he can get over the top of it and shoot down into the cup at the crickets. If he is hiding, he feels threatened so try and give him some space. When he is licking his lips he is actually drinking.

I would not touch or handle a chameleon that young. They are very sensitive to being held and can stress easily. Best to leave him in his cage and handle next to none and also feed in his cage.

Thank you for the pointers iv made d cup and put worms inside but he dosent seem to want any ether.

Give him a little more time and just try and leave him be.

I went through when I first got mine too..This is where you build trust my friend! Before I used to open the cage and he saw my hand coming in he would start running away so I placed the crickets (chilled in the fridge) on the closest leaf in front of him and leave ...he used to wait for me not to look...nowdays I cant get the food down before he zaps it haha
