Rainbow Panthers?

Not sure, that is a VERY low quality website that appears to be made by a two year old, I wouldn't trust it.

You'd be safer to stick with getting a panther from one of the people on here that has a site. You'll get a good price and they are really nice!

In Canada "Rainbow" is a term usually applied to Panther Chameleons of the Maroantsetra Locality. It is used by Connie Dorval instead of Maroantsetra, because of the difficulties people have remember and pronouncing the name.

The company appears sketchy at best... but I can't pass judgment on that alone.

It's my understanding that the term "rainbow"
has *also* been used to denote mixed or unknown locality.
you don't see it in use much anymore.

best to buy your animals from a quality breeder vs a flakey one.

Rainbow was also used in the US in the early 90's when the differences between east coast locales were less known. It was a term used to describe wild caught chameleons from Antsiranana in the extreme north down to the east coast. In other words, if it wasn't Ambanja or Nosy Be (Ambilobe was unknown to the hobby) then it was a "rainbow." Now we know what each type is supposed to look like so the term is outdated. I can't say I've ever heard it used to represent animals of mixed locality-type.

unknown localities bred
f1="rainbow"

I last heard this term used when describing
another panther they saw at Dr Browns office.
go figure.

Yea, I have a question....
Around here nobody knows how to pronounce any chameleon species. latin/common.
So, I end up just winging it.
