When your cham sticks it tongue out at first it look blue because all the veins in tongue are gathered up in one place does it look like that?

Ok thank you I just got concerned because its been like that for two days. Somebody said I should definitely take it to the vets. Do you still think I should?

No, not normal! See a vet! Swelling from infections or mouth-rot frequently present this way.

Hi karma today she was well actually had a cricket today aswell. So not sending to her vet yet as she was very well today I will keep adding updates aswell . Thank you very much for the help
