She seemed to be very thirst though aswell but after a few dropplets of water every hour or so and a good mist every hour she seemed to be fine

Does he/she have bulge under the base of its tail if so it is male.

Don't feed her/him wax worms as a staple! Use them as treats. Add more things like Black Solider Fly Larvae, Roaches, And silk worms.
Use calcium a vitamins without D3 every feeding and calcium and vitamins with D3 every 2 weeks.
Mist for 2 minutes long or more
Is it 2x2x4 at least is there ventilation?
I'm no expert with lighting but what i use is... Zoo med 75w white bulb and a Zoo med 5.0 Uvb Light (24'')
Adult panther chameleon need a basking spot of around 100 degrees Fahrenheit with the ambient tempature between 75 to 85 degrees; smaller panther chameleons should have a basking area of 85 to 90 degrees. I own veilds but i think its around this

Everybody in the messages says they think its a girl its got the pink blue and brown colours. I forgot to mention that I don't feed her wax worms all the time as I want a healthy cham instead of a fat one lol. The calcium and schedule I use was recommended by the pet shop owner who we got her off. I don't know the exact size as the seller never told us but he had a female panther in there. And there is good ventilation the lighting ii use uvb and basking are recommended for a baby panther And the basking side of the tank is around that but I use Celsius instead of Fahrenheit its around 25-29 in the basking side and around 22-23 in the cool side

Did she see a vet? Also concerned about MBD, she doesn't look like she's holding herself up and her legs look a litttle odd.
