Current Problem - My chameleons eyes moving abnormally

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Veiled Chameleon, male, 2 months old. I have only had the chameleon for three days
Handling - I haven't held it since I put it into its new cage
Feeding - Dubia Roaches and small crickets. I feed him 8 roaches or crickets a day. 8 crickets everyday dusted with calcium w/o d3. I feed my feeders carrots, lettuce and cricket diet.
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - I use both spray and drip for watering.I mist the cage three times a day. I've seen my chameleon drink once
Fecal Description - The poop is brown with a little white on the end of the poop. It has not been tested for parasites.
History - None

Cage Info:
Cage Type - My cage is fully screened cage (16 x 15 x 20 inch)
Lighting - 5.5" Basking Light Fixture and Reptisun 10.0 UVB bulb. The lights are on from 5:30am to 5:30pm.
Temperature - Basking spot is 85f and the floor usually stays in the low
70's usually 75 f. At night it is usually 72f. I use a thermometer.
Humidity - 60%, I mist three times a day. I use a cheap humidity gauge from petco.
Plants - I use pothos in my cage and soon going to be adding a ficus tree.
Placement - On my night stand. It isn't really near a fan but my fan in my room can blow pretty hard, not under air vents, no high traffic. The top of the cage is about 6 ft up from the floor.
Location - I live in Las Vegas.
Here is a video of what it looked like (not mine) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKD6vukXGFc

I saw it happen just this morning. I was wondering if this is a problem I should take a vet or is it something to do with adding to much suppelement when I dust? Please help, thanks.
Btw I haven't seen the eyes move like that since this morning.

Sometimes they clear their eyes by rolling it. Could be something in there. While many say its normal it bothers me as their eyes are fragile.

What I do and its been confirmed by a vet is to get eye wash and gently hold the eye open and flush it. I've done this many times over the years. The chams are happy at first but when their eyes open full and no irritation they forgive me. ;)

How exactly do you 'gently hold the eye open'? And why do advise such to an inexperienced person, anyway, especially when the behaviour is normal.
If its not broke, you dont fix it!
Bad advice!

Thompson, leave your baby lizard alone. You've had it 3 days, nothing is wrong with it! Yes, its normal, especially after misting.

What are the brands and types (spiral, compact, long linear tube, etc.) of lights that you have on the cage?
