Receptive/Gravid again? Retained Clutch?

So, I have noticed, some speckling and darker colors on Delilah today and I was wondering if she could be receptive/gravid again? Or it might be a retained clutch? She laid her fertile clutch back in February 5th. So I was wondering if its a possibility?
Thanks,
Zac

ya lets see the pics..way easier to tell..my lil sweetie is receptive\gravid..but still waiting for full buldging.,...

Like I said above, those are basically her gravid colors, she doesn't show the dark black with yellows. hers are darker green with light orange.

ya..we all see the same..i guess a lil more time will tell...it would be cool if ( if she did mate with a male within 7 months) she had fertile eggs..do you have a male around to see what she does??( i figure you dont, only reason why asking in forum)

I have a male, and I bred them in January 9th, 2011, and she laid on February 5th, 2011. So she might have retained clutched.

ok tottally thats what i was thinking..they may be unfertile(its up to her..they can hold that stuff for a while, but cb's usually have it on the next) i figure prepare yourself to be incubating again..shes having her second( witch im sure you have had to deal with before)..good luck!!!

Could be that you will be getting some more eggs in a couple of weeks. Could be some fertile, some infertile. Not 100% sure though.

Thanks Kinyonga! I will get her bin back in tomorrow after work. :) I honestly hope its not more eggs! But that is why I got a new job, to save up for them...

The fertile/infertility is based on whether or not the sperm reaches the eggs. So some might not get fertilized and some might.

totally..never really had retention of sperm, but you will find out...if you do get some, are they for sale??

I don't want to count my chickens (well in this case Chameleons) before they hatch. I know that they are all growing, so if I have any hatch, I will have some for sale! :)

Your female definitley looks gravid to me. And Kinyonga is correct. Odds are there will be some that are fertile and some infertile. Ive noticed from experiences that the longer the time past from the last breeding, the fewer the fertile eggs in the clutch. (hope I worded well?..)

So she is gravid. not just receptive? I will get her bin in there asap than :) Thanks!

She looks gravid to me. Watch her weight. If she gains weight rapidly over a couple weeks, shes gravid. Also you can show her a male. If she flips out, and gains weight, you have a gravid cham. But hey I could be wrong...Goodluck!
