Recommended lights for newborns

What lights should I be using for my newborn panther chameleons. They are currently in tupperwares with no lids.

I'd use a dual fixture with a UVA/B bulb and a 6,500K.

I use 5.0s that are a few months old. They don't need nearly as much uvb. I would also recommend that they are raised up maybe 3 to 5 inches above the top of the containers. Good luck with the babies.
