Red or Blue night light

I use a red light at night for my veiled cham and have been told don't need to use any light at night as long as the encloser doesn't get too cold....what does the majority of the long time cham owners do for their chams at night?

NO LIGHTS.
they can take temp drops down to the 50's at night.
if it gets lower, use a ceramic heat emitter.

No lights. Same as above as long as the night temps don't get to low its important to keep a steady day/night cycle.:)

Once again, its not that you don't need to use one, but I don't think anyone will argue that it is a good idea! Lights at night will disrupt the natural sleep patterns of your cham! As stated, a ceramic heat emitter would be O.K., but only if your temps got below 45 or 50 degrees for an extended period.

Hey whats up. If you feel you need some heat at night after measuring the temp get yourself a ceramic heat bulb they put out no light and will not upset your cham. But make sure to moinitor those temps as well because chams need a drop in temp at night.
