Hey Guys!! This is my first post and I'm really excited to be writing it. =) I just purchased a female Jacksons chameleon yesterday from a mom-and-pop-like pet store. I know for a fact she's a female, (duh =p) but my question for you guys is.... is she a red phase chameleon, or just still extremely stressed? I have had my eye on her for weeks now and had been checking on her in store and every time I went in she was dark, stress colored, and not acting like a normal happy chameleon. (I also have a male jacksons, not in the same cage, they're separate.) So I kinda based her behavior on what I've seen him do. She hasn't moved much and not a whole lot of time has passed since owning her (like 12 hours), I'm just super excited about my chameleons and would like someone to help me figure out my small problem. Lol =) thank you for taking time to read this. =)
