Refinishing wood floors, hurt cham?

Hi, We were planning on refinishing the floors on the first floor of our home, but were concerned about how the chemicals, etc., might impact our cham. It will be done in the winter months, so opening up the windows would probably make the room too cold. The finishing should take a day, but takes up to 3 days to dry.

Should we be concerned?

Yes you should. When we did that all the chams lived in my bathroom but a week. First we did the floors then hubby painted. Strange way to do it. Fumes of most chemicals are very harmful to chams.

Thanks, Laurie! I was worried that moving him would be stressful, but probably a better option than him being closer to where the chemicals will be.
