Remote control Thermometer

Got this on Ebay today for $20. Its the lazy mans thermometer.

I get paranoid about leaving my chams out in the backyard because the temps rise so fast and have to check them every 10 minutes or so. This way I can monitor them while I'm sitting in the house watching TV. They also come with hydrometer. Just thought it was a cool lil gadget to add to my never ending lizard expenses

its just called a Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer. Temp range is 14-140 degrees so it should do well as a basking thermometer. Haven t been able to test it yet though.

I have those made by Taylor. You can attach 2 different remote senors to it giving you the temps and humidity of 2 spots in the cage. They are very nice!

i just use a cheap one from Lowes. it has a probe so you can get two temps. i think it was about 15$. the cord is maybe 10 ft long.

i like the wireless thought for what you are doing.
