repashy help

Based on my experience, using Calcium Plus for DAILY feeding has done well for me for the last THREE years with no signs of any overdose of one vitamin/mineral or otherwise.

No outside light, Reptisun 5.0 is the only UVB light source.

It's done well for me and I don't see a need to switch out with other supplements and forget rotation. One supplement (Calcium Plus) that has everything that is needed.

Of course "gut-loading" your feeders are just a small important. I use bug burger for my crickets and carrots/kale.

So would your recommendation be the plus still if I take her outside 2-3 days a week or the LoD

You gutload or general feed is not what I would call good enough to be able to go just on the LoD supplement I do. Bug burger is not a good food source as a dry gutload by itself. I always pair it with something if I am purely doing commercial. And your veggies are very lacking. Kale depending on the type are a poor source of calcium because most types of kale have a huge amount of oxalates, there are two types that are the best for calcium absorption because they have a lack of these. Carrots are good yes, but they still don't offer everything you are missing.

Calcium plus works for you well because you don't offer outside time at all, and feed an average diet for your insects.

If you take her outside regularly like you plan only use the LoD. Especially with the rotation of feeders you have and especially if you feed your insects well. An overuse of calcium for females can be just as much an issue as an under use. If you are worried about parasites, get fecals done every six months is what most people do. I don't do fecals unless my chameleons is showing signs of a heavy parasite load that their system cannot fight and has gotten out of hand. Usually chameleons always have a small of internal parasites, but usually a healthy chameleon can easily fight off the issue.

Of course , honestly the forums allow me to be obessesive in a healthy capacity that is accepted. While if I didn't have them... Well let's just say my family and friends, who find my animals amazing and love them, would end up commiting me just to get some peace and quiet XD

lol I'm a new chameleon owner and fell in love so quick and honestly my girlfriend would do the same if I never found this place:ROFLMAO:

Calcium Plus high D is good for when they spend no time outside
Calcium Plus low D is good for when they get lots of natural sun and can synthesize their own Vit D.
Also adults need less supplimentation than juveniles

should i use Calcium plus high D for my couple months old veiled chameleon? and how often i asume once a week

I don't see the point. If you were going to use anything, only calcium plus, no high D. I only use low D but I also feed multiple types of reptiles with it.
