Can the humidity and temperature be altered in a mesh enclosure? Just thinking ahead. How can the humidity be increased or decreased with a wire mesh enclosure.

Thanks for your help with any advice you can give me on the above matter.

Yes, one thing you can do for a mesh enclosure is cover the sides with either corrugated plastic sheeting or a shower curtain cut to size. This can help maintain the humidity levels.

I use this film on the 2 sides and it helped with both ambient temps and humidity, it adhere's to the black metal and creates a seal. It's crystal clear and can be removed/replaced. IIRC it was like $5 for this package.

I think it's more don't use ALL glass. 2 or 3 sides glass with door and roof mesh is ideal IMO to help with humidity and ambient temps.

To better help with air circulation, you could leave the bottom few inches uncovered to create a chimney effect.

Go for it, it is holding up great, for the price you cant beat it. Easiest solution for those with all screen enclosures that have problems with ambient and/or humidity.

Did you put the tape over the screws holding the screens together or somehow go around the screws? They protrude slightly, so wondering how you arranged the tape on the edges of the screens.
