ReptiFogger Problem

So a fogger came in today, and was going to set it up for my vieled. I set it up, used bottled water and turned it on. The light turned blue, but nothing came out. I left it there for at least 10 minutes and still nothing came out. THe bottle is filled with a good amount. Why wont it turn work?

did you give the bottle a squeeze to prime the fogger?

yea, i did that multiple times.

is anything obstructing the flow of the tube?
maybe try to post a pic?

theres nothing covering the tube. I even took the tube out to see if it would produce fog. i didnt.

Lift up the side with the tube coming out of it and see if it is producing fog. If it's producing fog but not blowing it out, that's an issue with the fan, and ZooMed can replace the fan for you quickly and easily. If it's not even making fog, I'd just return it -occasionally issues do happen and ZooMed (if not the place you purchased it from) should quickly and easily replace it for you.
