Reptirain not raining

My "Reptilian Misting Sys" arrived in the mail today. I was significantly cheaper than purchasing from a petting store. So I read all instructions, followed all directions & it will not pump any water through the misting system. I call zoo med & they suggested that I set it & let it run for 24 hrs as it may have air in the tubes & simply may need to be pushed out. She then said if that does not work then I could send it back to zoo med & they would provide another one. But they would prime it & make sure it worked before sending it to me. Im no rocket scientist but if you purchase a product it should work right out the box. Does any one have a "Reptirain Misting System" that could provide any advice on what I may be doing wrong?

I had this problem as well. Turn it on with water filled. Slowly adjust the knob on top of the unit. The one before it goes into the tube from the machine. I did this slowly and once got it just right it worked. Took me weeks to figure it out. Hope that helps.

Try adjusting there or on the most knob. Are you using one or two nozzles

I just disconnected the t and used one tube.

I would just return it! They are not with it the mist is more like a spray bottle type of mist. You are also limited on the features just go with Mistking or a Climist yes it cost about double the price but you get what you pay for. It’s like night and day believe me you will be glad you did.

I have had my zoomed reptirain for less than a year now and suddenly it stopped working. the motor won’t even come on. All the lights will turn on but nothing else. i cant send it back to zoomed for a warranty repair because i no longer have the receipt. any suggestions?

This is a pretty old thread not sure if anyone will answer you. These are known for dying pretty quickly. Also if you are using Tap water it messes up the internal parts because of the calcium deposits. I recommend a mist king starter system and using only RO (reverse osmosis) water or distilled water in it.

reptirain is the trash of misting systems. Get a mistking, they are the gucci of misters.
