people mostly use 5.0,but i use 10.0 becose i have a big cage and i want better coverage!i use repti glo compact but i recomend linear ones from reptisun

I used to use a 10.0 reptisun linear tube. But I noticed My panther's colors would just stay as his basking colors. Since I switched to 5.0 his colors look much more vibrant

yes, i've used them throught thick mesh and up higher on FRing. a 5.0 is standard though and what i usually use.

A solar meter would be most useful here. I know they cost but in the long run they are a very useful tool towards captive husbandry.
