So... This morning I was in the room feeding Ringo. I usually give him 10-12 medium size crickets. Well I left the room for 30 minutes to feed the dogs etc and came back and seen that he had like 5 crickets left. So, I'm guessing that it's time to cut back on his crickets again. But by how much? im waiting for it to get a little cooler here to order a small colony of dubias, hornworms, and silkies. But it will be awhile! I'll post pics a little later not at a computer ATM.
but how many should i start feeding him? He's starting to put on weight so that's a good thing!

I think he is letting you know how much by what he is eating. I definitely would be switching up his feeders though. I am glad you are adding more variety for him!

small-med size ones, about the size of a superworm I guess. I would get the pod with the chow. They will be small when you get them and you can feed them off as they grow. They grow at a rapid rate when exposed to food 24/7 and you will not be able to feed off the large ones to a 7 month old. I do not even feed the super large ones to my adult panthers.

So... Supplements

Ok so I have another question. I use http://www.stickytonguefarms.com/in...ategory_id=13&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=81 every feeding, http://www.repcal.com/supp.htm#Herptivite twice a month, and http://www.repcal.com/supp.htm#Ultrafine Calcium twice a month. But I'm running out of the miner-all and thinking about going with http://www.store.repashy.com/calcium-plus-4-oz-bag.html

I was thinking about going with the all-in-one but I'm still running full on the other too. So I'm not really sure what to do. Hubby says stay with the original plan since Ringo is looking really good. But its also a hassel having a 3y/o trying to get into everything if you know what I mean. lol
