Hey everybody, anybody got an opinion on What the best,most nutritious food is to supply Dubia roaches with?

There are several sponsors that have reputable gut loads. Steve McNary makes Bug Buffet, which is a gut load for any grain-based feeder insect. It has an amazing ingredient list.

Sweet potato, hemp seed powder, bee pollen.

You can also feed them a variety of fresh fruit and vegies. They are not particular about ripeness so they get all my overly ripe fruit.
