roaches??

they are great feeders cause they are really easy to gutload, they breed easily, they dont fly or climb smooth surfaces and they dont stink like crickets. the only problem is they like to hide so it can be hard for your cham to hunt them if you free reange them. it is still best to give a wide variety of feeders
 
Stanley gets both crickets and dubia, it seems he prefers crickets but when only offered dubia he'll gobble tghem up readily..
i either hand feed or cup feed the dubia, because of their desire to seek dark cracks and crevices it's hard for your cham to find them if they are just released into his enclosure.

They're really good at flattening out & climbing into cracks... I don't let mine free range either. My bearded dragon goes CRAZY for them though! :eek:
 
As everybody else said...they are GREAT. I cup feed mine too because they can squeeze through the smallest of openings.
