You will need to adjust the settings for your particular room situation (the normal humidity level in the room and what humidity level you want to create...a drier room will mean you have to run the unit more often or for a longer time). Trial and error and measuring your humidity with a good gauge.

do you have a drainage system in ur enclosure because that would drench my enclosure and probably make my floor of room soaking?

veiled chameleon, reptibreeze, 18" by 18" by 36"

I put mine on for 1 minute every 4 hours and am working on a drainage system. For now I just remove the water every day.

i was thinkin gettin a storage box kinda thing drilling holes in the lid and put the reptibreeze on top of it and just change water every so often

I had a plan to make a table with a gap, drill a hole in the bottom on a cage and have a 5 gallon bucket underneath! I'm still working out the details and will probably make a thread about it when its done!

I have the cage sitting on top of one of those super soaking bath mats until my dragon strand arrives. Doesn't look pretty but it does the job. The plants soak up a good part of it too!
