Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica decora)

Can anyone shed some light on this plant for me? I just found a small one for only $3 and thought, "Ah what the heck, why not?!" Just want to make sure it's safe for my veiled chameleon. He does tend to take bites out of his pothos so I always want to be careful of what kind of plants he's climbing around on.

I've heard rubber plants are okay but emphasis on the "HEARD". lol

i know this is... FICUS also BENJAMINA also WEEPING FIG (Ficus benjamina)

but the sap can be a problem

Thanks guys. I think I'll give it a go, and if Gizmo starts eating it and I noticed any sappiness I'll remove it.

I would advise against using that plant. The sap is poisonous to chams and it flows out of that plan if a leaf or branch is broken or cut.

Its a shame, they are awesome plants. I have a couple in my cham room
