I have read that they are both toxic and non-toxic. Personally, I would not put it in with my chameleon, just to be safe (better safe, than sorry). There are many other plants that are known to be safe for chameleons, so I would try to stick to that list. I have personally used Hibiscus, Devil's Ivy (Pothos), Fuschia, Ficus, Schefflera, Jade Plant, Dracaena, and my favorite is the Star Jasmine because it looks awesome and smells amazing. I hope this helps

I also use the star jasmine they do well indoors and will be a viney addition w/the bonus of colorful blooms to your enclosure.

I know that if you break a leaf or stem they ooze with white goo that I bet is harmful to chameleons. Its pretty nasty.

Break a peace off and rub the ooze on your eyes eat a peace if your fine the next day then it might be ok for a cham the way i set my chams area up is by only buying plants I am comftorbal eating.

Well, I don't know why anyone would think that _Ficus benjimina_ is safe and _F. elastica_ is some how a risk. They both have sap that can get sticky. No records of poisoning on either. The rubber tree is used every where in animal habitats. Its not a problem.
The figs that you commonly see for sale that I know are dangerous are the creeping fig, _F. pumila_ and the fiddle-leaved fig _F. lyrata_. I would not use _F. nitida_ either. There are well-documented studies on their toxicity and many cases of poisoning in mammals.
Star Jasmine is _Trachelospermum_ and is in the same family as Oleander, the dogbane family, Apocynaceae. It has a variety of alkaloids that would be a concern if eaten regularly. While I could not find any records of poisoning, I would not use it with a grazing sp. of cham.
Madagascar Jasmine is _Stephanotis_ and is in the milkweed family. They have a sap that can be irritating. I am reactive to this plant. Like the above, I could find no records of poisoning. Its a pretty wimpy vine here, and I do not find it strong enough for even medium sized chams.

Sorry, I didn't check the link before posting. Your plant is a Jade Plant _Crassula arborescens_ aka _C. argentea_. Livestock that eat a lot of it can get a syndrome, but I think you can consider it safe for anything but a serious vegetarian, like an iguana.
